OnomonoMEDIA LLC (“Company”) processes personal information in accordance with applicable legislation and its privacy policy. OMDigital will process the personal data covered by this agreement, consisting of email addresses, photos and videos in accordance and to the extent of this agreement. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of the terms and commitments of this agreement.

This policy regarding our privacy practices (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we handle the information we collect when you visit and use OM Digital products and services, together the (“Services”), each as provided by the Company:

  • The OM Digital camera platform (“OM Digital”)
  • The OM Digital content hosting system (“OM Social”)

When you use the Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

1. About the privacy policy

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information gathered when you are using or accessing the Services. This Privacy Policy also covers our treatment of any information that our client shares with us or that we share with our client. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Company does not own or control, including but not limited to any third party domains, websites, services and applications (“Third Party Services”) that you elect to access through the Services, or to individuals that we don’t manage or employ.

A. Personal information

We may also share your phone number or email address with the client who obtained the OM Digital Services for your use and who may use it for client’s own independent purposes in accordance with their own independent privacy practices, including to send marketing communications. C. Digital image content

By default, all sharing through the Services is public, and when you elect to upload content, it is published so that the public can view it. Once content is published, it can be shared publicly and made accessible to everyone (including search engines) and you may lose any privacy rights you might have regarding that content.

D. Log Data

Similar to many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other statistics. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who need and use such information solely for the purposes of providing services to us to enable us to provide OM Digital Services to you, including, for example, hosting services and messaging services.

As noted above, if you elect to provide your email address and other personal information to the OM Digital this information may be shared with the client who obtained OM Digital Services for your use.
